You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • It must be in the original packaging.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Package the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories.
  4. Clearly label the package with the RA number and the return address.
  5. Send the package back using a trackable and insured shipping method. The return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Refunds:
We appreciate your understanding regarding our store policy. Please note that items purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund. If you have any concerns about the product or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us. We’re here to help ensure your satisfaction.

Damaged or Defective Items:
